# Orders, invoices and receipts

## 1. My orders

**My orders** lists every order with its number (MG-…), total and status. Open an order to see the payment details, the receipt and a form to ask a question about it.

## 2. Invoices & statements

**Invoices** contains numbered receipts and invoices for your purchases, issued automatically after each payment. View them in the browser or download a **PDF**. Amounts are fixed when the document is issued, so they are valid for your bookkeeping.

## 3. API invoices

**API → API invoices** shows the billing periods of your API plan as the API service recorded them: plan, period, active accounts and amount. The same data is available to your software with `GET /v1/billing/invoices`.

If your documents need different company details, [contact support](https://buildpropfirm.com/help/contact-support) with the order number before you file them.
