This policy covers the data of the people who use / and its customer accounts. The data of a hosted site's own traders is the firm's: we process it only on the firm's behalf, as the data processing agreement describes.
Data we keep
- Your account: name, e-mail address, company, password hash, two-factor settings, sign-in history and the documents you accepted (with time, IP address and browser).
- Your site request: the firm's legal name and country, its domain, support contacts, the e-mail of its first admin, its logo, icon, colours, template and features.
- Orders and invoices: plan, invoice lines, amounts, payment method and payment references.
- Your site's reports: what each hosted site sends on its check-in — its version, its opening checklist, its daily count of active trading accounts (for billing), its backups and server health. No trader's personal data is part of it.
- Technical data: IP addresses, logs and security events needed to run, secure and bill the service.
Why we use it
To build, host and bill your sites, to support you, to keep the platform secure (fraud and abuse prevention) and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
We use hosting, e-mail and payment providers that process data on our behalf. Data may be disclosed when the law requires it.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Logs are kept for a limited time. A removed site's deployment and data are deleted as the refund and termination policy describes; off-site backups expire with their retention period.
Your rights
You can download your data and delete your account from Account → Privacy, or send a request through the privacy request form. You may also ask us to correct your data or object to its use.
