1. Who we are and what we provide
BuildPropFirm (buildpropfirm.com, "we") builds, hosts and runs prop trading firm websites for businesses ("firms"): the website on the firm's own domain, its admin panel, its trading-account and risk-monitoring services and its updates. These terms cover the use of / and of your customer account. A hosted site itself is provided under the platform service agreement you accept when you order it; where the two differ, the agreement wins.
2. Your account
- You open an account for your business and keep your login, two-factor codes and recovery codes secret. Everything done in your account is treated as done by you.
- The details you give us — your company, its domain, its brand files and its contacts — must be accurate and yours to use.
- You may not use the platform to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attack, overload or probe our systems or anyone else's.
3. Orders, invoices and payment
- A site is ordered on a plan. The setup invoice (setup fee, the first month and any extra languages) is paid before we start; monthly invoices follow from the day it was paid. Current prices are shown when you order.
- Invoices are paid through the payment methods shown at checkout. An order is paid once the payment is confirmed.
- Refunds and the end of the service follow the refund and termination policy. Refunds are made by our team on request, never automatically.
4. Your firm and your traders
You run your firm: its programs, rules, prices, payouts, marketing and its traders, and you are responsible for the law that applies to your business where you operate and where your traders live. We are not a broker, we do not hold your traders' funds and we give no investment, legal or tax advice. See the risk disclosure.
5. Availability
We work to keep the platform and the hosted sites available around the clock and keep backups of them, but networks, data centres and the trading services a site connects to can fail. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, trading results of your traders or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
7. Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the platform or other customers at risk. Overdue invoices limit a hosted site step by step as the service agreement describes. You may close your account once no site of yours is running; see the privacy policy for your data.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Material changes are announced by e-mail or on the site before they apply.
