Orders, invoices and receipts

Where to find your orders, downloadable receipts for your accounting and your API billing periods.

  1. My orders

    My orders lists every order with its number (MG-…), total and status. Open an order to see the payment details, the receipt and a form to ask a question about it.

  2. Invoices & statements

    Invoices contains numbered receipts and invoices for your purchases, issued automatically after each payment. View them in the browser or download a PDF. Amounts are fixed when the document is issued, so they are valid for your bookkeeping.

  3. API invoices

    API → API invoices shows the billing periods of your API plan as the API service recorded them: plan, period, active accounts and amount. The same data is available to your software with GET /v1/billing/invoices.

  4. Company details on documents

    If your documents need different company details, contact support with the order number before you file them.
