Create your account and verify your email
Who can sign up, the work-email rule, verifying your address, fixing a typo and signing in with Google.
Fill in the registration form
On Register enter:
- First name and Last name — letters, spaces, hyphens and apostrophes only.
- Company website — for example
example.comorhttps://www.example.com. - Work email — an address on the same domain as the website.
- Password — at least 10 characters with upper- and lowercase letters and a number. Common passwords are refused.
Accept the Terms and Privacy Policy and click Register. News and offers by email are optional and off unless you tick the box.
The work-email rule
Your email must be on your company website's domain. Subdomains are fine on either side, so you@mail.example.com works for www.example.com.
Free, personal, temporary and privacy-relay mailboxes are not accepted — for example Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook/Hotmail, iCloud, Proton, GMX, Yandex or Apple "Hide my email" addresses. This keeps the free trial to one per organisation and lets us reach the right company about billing and security.
"Your email must be on your company website's domain" means the email and website don't match — correct one of them.
Verify your email
After you register you are signed in and we email you a verification link. Until you open it, the account area shows a Verify your email window.
- The link expires after a while. Each new link replaces the older ones, so always use the latest email.
- Nothing arrived? Check spam and promotions folders, then click Send verification email.
- Already clicked the link in another tab? Click I've verified — check again.
Typed the wrong address?
In the verification window click Wrong address? Change it, enter your company website, the new email and your password, and click Update and resend. This is only possible before the email is verified — after that, ask support to change it.
Signing in with Google
Continue with Google signs in to an account that already exists — you can't create a new account with Google. Register with your work email first and verify it; after that, signing in with a Google account of the same address links it automatically.
