Emails and notifications
Which emails and notifications we send, how to stop marketing emails, and how to recognise a fake message.
What we send
These messages are always sent — by email, in your account's Notifications, or both — because they concern your account or money:
- email verification, password reset and sign-in codes;
- order and payment confirmations, and a notice when a payment failed or its time ran out;
- "Your API access is ready" after your first plan, and a confirmation after each renewal;
- reminders before your plan ends and a notice when it has ended;
- replies to your tickets and answers to your broker requests;
- security notices about your account.
Notifications in your account keeps them in one place, where you can open the details and mark them as read.
Marketing emails
News, offers and promotions are sent only if you agreed to them. Turn them off any time under Profile → Marketing emails, or with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of such an email.
Not receiving our emails?
Check the spam, junk and promotions folders, and add our domain (the address of this site) to your allowed senders. Company mail filters sometimes hold new senders — ask your IT team to release them. If nothing arrives at all, contact support from another channel.
Recognise a fake message
We will never ask for your password, a 2FA or recovery code, your full API key or a trader's MetaTrader password — by email, Telegram or any other channel. Links in our emails lead to this site's own domain. If a message asks for any of these, don't answer it and tell us.
