Late payments and what pauses
What happens to your site, step by step, when an invoice is overdue, and how to lift it at once.
Reminders first
We send a reminder 3 days before an invoice is due ("…is due soon"), and again before each step below ("…is overdue"), by e-mail and in Notifications.
The steps after the due date
By default, counted from the due date:
- after 7 days — Sales closed: your site takes no new orders. Your traders and their accounts are not affected.
- after 14 days — No new accounts: your site opens no new trading accounts. Running accounts are watched as always.
- after 30 days — Suspended: your storefront is closed. Your traders can still sign in, running accounts stay monitored, and you can still export your data.
Pay to lift it at once
Paying the overdue invoice lifts the restriction straight away — sales reopen and your site returns to Active. Pay with Pay next to the invoice on your site's page.
What never pauses your site
A Languages invoice never moves your site down a step, even when unpaid.
Payment stuck or not confirmed? Open a ticket with the invoice number and TxID before the next step — see Payment problems.
