Monthly billing and active trading accounts

What each monthly invoice bills, what counts as an active trading account, and how to see the next invoice in advance.

  1. The first month

The setup invoice includes your first month. You get the e-mail "Your billing month starts on…" with the date your billing month begins; from then on, invoices follow that date each month.

  2. What a monthly invoice bills

On each billing date a Monthly invoice bills:

    • your plan's monthly fee for the coming month, and
    • the previous month's peak number of active trading accounts × your plan's price per active account.

The peak is the most trading accounts running at the same time during that billing month.

  3. What counts as an active trading account

An active trading account is a MetaTrader account running on your site with a login. Free demo and contest accounts count too.

  4. See the next invoice in advance

Your site's page shows Active trading accounts this month with the Peak so far and the Next invoice so far, so there are no surprises.

The Active trading accounts this month card on a site's page, with Peak so far and Next invoice so far.
  5. Paying on time

Each invoice is due 7 days after it is issued, and we remind you 3 days before the due date. Pay with Pay next to the invoice. If an invoice stays unpaid, see Late payments.
